The Gião Eco-Trail - G1 Route (green) is a short trail in the parish of Gião, in the municipality of Vila do Conde. With around 4 km, it develops mainly in the central and southern areas of the parish, combining forest paths, rural tracks and short sections associated with the local agricultural landscape.
Like the other Gião eco-trails, it starts at Poça de Pinelas and is part of a network created to promote outdoor activity, soft mobility and contact with the rural and natural surroundings of the parish.
Along the route, the trail passes through places such as Caminho dos Moinhos, near the Onda River, and Caminho da Missa. Due to its short length and rural and forest setting, it is an accessible option for discovering part of the Gião landscape on foot or by bicycle.
