PR8 OAZ - Rota da Pedra Má - Passadiços de Pindelo

The PR8 OAZ - Pedra Má Trail - Pindelo Boardwalks is a linear trail located in the parish of Pindelo, in the municipality of Oliveira de Azeméis. The route follows the valley of the Ínsua River, a watercourse belonging to the Antuã River basin, crossing riverside areas marked by dense vegetation, weirs, small lagoons and waterfalls.
Along the trail, there are sections of wooden boardwalks, bridges, remains of old structures linked to the use of water and shaded areas surrounded by riparian vegetation. The landscape is marked by the constant presence of water and by a cool, forested environment.
The route leads to the Pedra Má area, a rock formation that gives the trail its name and is associated with climbing. The surroundings combine boardwalks, humid woodland, rocky areas and natural elements linked to the valley, providing a short walk in close contact with the nature of Pindelo.
